At Nebulair, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied with your Nebulair Portable Nebulizer, contact us within 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been heavily used, damaged, altered, or improperly cleaned may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
